How much wine does one kit make?
All of our standard wine kits make 23 L of wine, which guarantees a minimum of 28 x 750ml bottles or 6 x 4L bags. Our Dessert Wine / Port kits make 11.5 L - an average of 30 x 375ml bottles or 15 x 750ml bottles.
How is the wine packaged?
750ml green or clear bottles are available for purchase. We also have 4L wine bags and 375ml bottles available. Cork, shrinks and labels are all provided.
Can I bring my own bottles?
You are welcome to bring in your own bottles. Please ensure they are clean - the best way to do this is to rinse and place them upside down in their box to store. When you bring your bottles into our shop we will sanitize them before filling.
Can you buy a kit to take home?
All of our kits are available to take away and make at home (you will need some additional equipment). Take home kits are 30% off listed prices.
How long does it take to make a batch of wine?
The length of time it takes to make a wine kit varies depending on the wine you choose. There are 4 week, 6 week, or 8 week kits available. This duration is from the time you start the fermentation to bottling.

What do I need to do as a customer?
Your first step is to choose and purchase your wine kit.
Once your kit is selected you will come into the shop to start the fermentation.
Patiently wait for your wine to ferment while we take care of the rest.
We will call you to schedule an appointment when your wine is ready to be bottled.
Bottling your wine can take anywhere from 20 minutes - 1 hour depending on if you would like to add labels and shrink wraps.

If you find that the wine you have purchased does not satisfy you, simply return it to the point of purchase with proof of purchase and all included materials, and we will be happy to replace the product.
